Now Hiring - Finance & Insurance Producer in Springfield, MO

The F&I Producer is primarily responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products and programs to customers at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards by performing the following duties.

Repsonsibilities:

• Sells financing, credit life, and other applicable items or services (e.g., theft guard, etc.) to customers.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
• Complete all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and makes all required disclosures to customers.
• Submits paperwork to, and obtains approval from, finance sources on all finance deals.
• Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Handles all rate quotations.
• Responsible for finance and insurance fees and their collection.
• Attends meetings and training as scheduled.
• Adheres to Company policies and procedures.
• Meets, or exceeds, minimum monthly objectives:

Qualifications:

• Required: 1+ Automotive F&I Producer Experience
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

• Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
